Pros
Things have likely changed a lot since I last worked at the company. But when I was there, I enjoyed working with and learning from my colleagues. It was a laid back environment, and low pressure.
Cons
The direction of the company was very turbulent. Many of the things you would aim to work on would be rendered obsolete quickly. Upper management had a negative influence on the company. Lots of drama. The technology was pretty outdated and difficult to update due to some previous attempts.
