Pros
Solutions leveraging AI are viable in corporate finance to reduce cost, drive efficiency and delight stakeholders.
Cons
Management does not lead. Collaboration is not encouraged. Focus is on micro management and disabling the sales team constantly questioning their ability to sell. High turnover across the company. Toxic environment. AI solutions initially designed to solve problems in Accounts Payable; however, product falls short in delivering value given limited AP functionality and inability to execute against implementation milestones. Standard 12 week implementation quickly transitions to 1 plus year rollout often failing at the end.
