Pros

There are some talented and genuinely kind people still left

Cons

- CEO and ALL sales management is the biggest negative. - lack of competence and basic leadership skills results in a gross level of micromanagement and distrust. For example, all INTERNAL weekly AE/SDR meetings are recorded and reviewed by leadership and sales operations. The most internal meetings ever. Internal meetings about upcoming internal meetings about the last internal meetings reviewing the same metrics over and over again. - Slack channels used for public shaming of the sales reps - Constant misrepresentation of company success data to try and boost morale and justify the micromanagement. Fake news! - The CEO believes he is the expert in EVERYTHING and operates a "squirrel"-based, knee jerk reaction operation. - No concept of a product roadmap when requested. - Sales leadership sits behind SFDC and manages from their ivory tower mainly belittling and micromanaging while never bringing an OUNCE of value to a single internal or external conversation. - Abusive language and cursing at employees in the workplace is common - There is no concept of work-life balance except for excessive after hours partying in the office - CEO mandated "Office-first" mentality = distrust and control

Pros

Conceptually the solutions are brilliant. CEO is a real talisman and fantastic public face to the business.

Cons

IMO, It feels like management are playing out the tried and tested ‘go IPO’ playbooks rather than inventing their own storyline. One of the solutions is half baked when it comes to handling complexity and data integration. Usual pre IPO sales micromanagement & obsession with hiring from competitors. I really objected to being told to submit a Glassdoor review as part of my induction...how can that be anything other than gaming the system (hence second review here). Internal systems are useless; Pensions & expenses are botched endlessly. The expenses system is reconfigured, seemingly on a weekly basis, without being communicated to staff.
