This company really has its stuff together. I just started a week ago and I feel like I've been here forever just because of the quality of onboarding, training on products and procedures, and transparency from ALL of leadership, even the CEO. Everyone I've met has been so kind and helpful. The best group of people I've ever met. The SDR director is AMAZING, and goes above and beyond for her team. When you have a question or problem, she will help you without making you feel silly for asking and will provide thorough, thoughtful answers. Base compensation is pretty great for SDRs, as well. Seriously, best company I've ever worked for.
