1. cheap service based company , they took employees only for specific project as per client needs .If project ends / client has some problems with employees then they directly fired that employees . 2. They fired employees without a reason . (they said company is in loss) 3. Increment :-- the owner of the company always said they will give 20 to 30% hike as per market standard but at the time of increment they give only 6/8/10 % and mentioned as per tcs , wipro and infosys rule they gave increment . That was one of the cheapest reason they gave always . 4. They want only money from client . They havent seen efforts from their employees . 5. Company has some strict rules . They doesnt allow employees to receive phone calls in office hours . 6. Their is politics in management . Normal employee cannot do anything . 7. Not a good place for experience employees . 8. They have only one toilet (common for girls and boys ) for 40-45 employees .

No job stability , Same day can be last working day , even for confirmed employee.no vision ,mission for this company . Providing resources to the client is their business. No appraisal and performance bonus . CEO of this company is not intrested in running a company ,no in house products.
