- Some great senior designers who can mentor you and help you improve your UX and UI skills quickly - You can work from wherever you want

Cons

- Culture feels toxic and cut-throat, one day you're in the next day you're out - No opportunities for career growth - Questionable morals when it comes to advice given to clients, very much a money over people model - Poor management with managers who are pushed to prioritise delivery over all else - Will track your computer and time, with ability to see any mouse movement and exactly what you're doing. This will be on your own computer, too. They don't provide you with any technology. - Strange obsession with reading books

We were told that we would be a company that performs like the Porsche in 2030. I worked real hard half the month this year. Pushed the limits. And applied everything I learned from the past years. It's crazy cause I believed it and looked forward for the company's growth and be involved. They make you feel like you're really involved only to find out, that when things go south, you're not. You'll still be fired (immediately) despite the hard work. There's no backup plan. Don't believe everything the "higher ups" says. Take care of yourself and be smart.

- They micromanage and use software to track everything you do. - Immediate layoffs can occur even if you’ve just been confirmed. -They might confirm you quickly to speed up a project, but once it's completed, they will terminate your employment without any compensation.
