Very Little- The pro is simply- it's a job. Not a good job as it pays very low and you will never get a raise. In fact- likely you will get a decrease- for real. Use it as a stepping stone and do not expect to get ahead in this Company.

Cons

Low pay and no advancement. No management because owner is a control fanatic.

This was an awful experience for me. These other posts are completely accurate. The owner yelled at me my first week in front of everyone. The woman that pretends to be in charge with him is clueless and arrogant. Honestly, the human rights board needs to get into this place
