      Pros

      Everything about Apple Leasing is a PRO...if i hadn't had to leave for personal reasons, I would hope that I would still be there... I hated to leave...The owner is great.. He is a very caring man and the CFO, is just as great.. Not many people are blessed to wake up every day and go to a job they love.. but I was one of those people....

      Cons

      My only con is that I wasn't able to work for them for the new city I was moving too...

      Pros

      For a dealership, it was a more relaxed environment. They do work with you if you have put in the work yourself.

      Cons

      But compared to other dealerships, the pay was low. It was a split floor and you got same commission on every vehicle no matter what you sold it for if you were on the new car sales side.

Our commission and incentive plans are designed to be simple and less complicated as compared to others in the marketplace. The good news is that they are consistent and provide unlimited earning potential. New Sales Agents can make and have made $150k in their first year of employment if they are disciplined and follow the program. Our business model has led to significant employee satisfaction and fulfillment. This is reflected in both our high retention rate and average tenure of 10+ years for Leasing Consultants, which is not typical in the automotive industry.
