Thank you for your feedback. At Applied AI, we take a strategic approach to hiring. As a startup, with limited budget, we need to get people who can learn AI tech fast, adopt Cursor and similar tools. We continue to hire those candidates who can immediately qualify for a project. Unfortunately, as AI moved spread rapidly, many employees did not adopt new tech and failed several interviews for projects. Now hiring has restarted as many employees have understood that adopting AI is not an option, and are coming WITH the knowledge of tools like Cursor, Bolt, Image models, Hugging Face experience and such. Services company is about having the right people with right tech to help customer deliver project. Now that people are qualifying, hiring has restarted.
