The company has a great work culture with a very supportive Director who truly cares about his team, even in personal matters. He allows work from home when needed and is always understanding — whether it’s rain, traffic, or personal emergencies. There’s no pressure to stay late; in fact, he encourages us to leave on time. Festivals are celebrated together with lunch, making the workplace feel like a family.
