Would be pretty good without the employee-hostile contracts

Pros

Good team, reasonable management. Of course that all depends on which team you’re on.

Cons

There is some employee-hostile language in the contracts they have you sign. The training budget comes with a one year retention agreement, and there is an 18 month non-compete agreement. And you don’t get a full pay out for PTO when you leave unless you’ve been an employee for two years. This might be a reasonable standard among some industries but I rarely see it so it stood out to me as hostile.

They weren't the worst company I've worked for

Cons

Refused to pay out PTO (which is illegal in Illinois). Extremely high turn over. Underpaid and over worked female staff. Management bad mouthed former employees loudly in front of whole office. Very unprofessional

Applied Insight has great benefits if you're cleared and ok benefits if you're not.

Cons

Too much turnover (all leadership has changed in a span of only a few months) which causes chaos.
