      Dishonorable and greedy management leave nothing to employees

      Pros

      Good location opportunities around the beltway, opportunities to work additional shifts.

      Cons

      Little to no pay raises, stressful working environment from unnecessary management pressure. Do not fulfill promises. If they promise you anything get it in writing with a fair witness presence and a picture of management signing the document next to the today's newspaper!

      Unprofessional, inappropriate, judgmental comments from the very top. Flashy arrogance is not a healthy work culture.

      Pros

      The good thing about AIT is you can earn a check and make your own hours.

      Cons

      Poorly Managed they show lots of attention to certain departments in corporate. f you come in independent you will not last long only if you are friends of management you will survive. The do not welcome new ideas they are stuck on image and not quality employees. The qualified employees are under paid and the highly paid are not qualified.
