      Pros

      Great pay to do what I love. Strong leadership and a drive to excel makes this a winning place to work. During the federal downturn, this company kept my colleagues employed with their own profits and proactively figured out ways to prevent this from happening in the future.

      Cons

      Have not yet realized their full potential.

      -Very proactive at looking for and adapting new technologies. -Able to develop on your choice of OS -Great location. -Growing

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business (works in contracts) it can be stressful around the time contracts come up for renewal or are close to end.

      Being a government contractor there is sometimes a question of funding being renewed.
