      1-No learning. 2-Salary for same post and same year of experience is different for different persons. 3-Manager are perfectly trained here to make employee fool by their words. 4-Hike is very low 5-No Management

      1. Full ownership of the module/product. 2. Management does understand your strengths and weaknesses. 3. You have a work/life balance. 4. Open work culture. 5. Good remuneration

      1. Majority of the products are built on PeopleSoft architecture. 2. In-premise ERP applications and hence no exposure to cloud technologies. 3. Scope for improvements in the areas of process and inter-team communications.

      This company is really moving, with some really exciting acquisitions and transformative projects. It may not be the place if you want to be a passive passenger but if you want to have meaning in your work, efforts rewarded, and want to be involved in making a difference, there can be no better place. - Great HR team/ co-workers - Positive attitude - Company growth and advancement - Opportunities for professional development Overall, Appsian is an amazing workplace and workforce to be a part of.
