99% of the people are genuine, caring, and work ridiculously hard chasing the idea of delighting our customers beyond belief which all be it is a great thing. The 1% of it, which though is very artificial.

Cons

The CEO. All change will come from the day in which he gets out of his own way and lets the extremely talented people we've hired lead. We're not Google, stop trying to implement their practices (there's a world of reasons why what they do won't work for us) and you don't have the skill set or the people skills to interact with 20+ direct reports for one on ones. We're in a highly saturated market in which our product features have at best incremental changes to accommodate changes in the market, let's try to REALLY innovate. Do we remember what that is like?

Thank you for your feedback. We have learned a lot in the last year and we are innovating and building. I would also say our CEO now has a team that he trusts and can get 'out of the way' now. It is nice to see the growth and evolution!

Pros

In office happy hour, food, in the heart of pioneer square. Has all the great “perks”.

Cons

Although the perks are great the company is behind the times and slow and the culture is terrible. They ask for change and plan millions of meetings around it but will never truly execute change. The company is only after money and hides behind the phrase “customer love” which they could careless. They just want new money and more money from current customers.
