You are on your own - learn it, live it, love it.

Cons

No respect for an individual. No value for hard work, devotion. No vision. Know exactly how to abuse (and then lose) a resource; and/or infuriate a Client. Expect their word-of-mouth to change constantly.

Not quite a pro, but you'll get to work on a new technology like every 2-3 months

Cons

Lots of learning opportunities, because of which, you may be asked to change the technology every 2 months No HR management Lot of work pressure
