Pros

Having spent four years at Apra Labs, I can confidently say that it has been an incredible journey of learning, innovation, and professional growth. From the very beginning, the company has provided an environment that encourages problem-solving, and challenges individuals to push their boundaries. It has a open culture where you can walk freely to anyone's desk and get technical help. One of the standout aspects of Apra Labs is its focus on cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven video, image, speech, LLM-based solutions, blockchain to name a few. The company encourages ownership, allowing employees to take on challenging projects and drive meaningful impact. Additionally, the opportunity to engage with clients, lead discussions, and contribute to business expansion has been a rewarding experience. Of course, no workplace is without challenges. But what stands out at Apra Labs is the culture of continuous improvement, where feedback is valued, and there is always an effort to refine processes and make things better.

Cons

Being in a startup means wearing multiple hats, which may be overwhelming at times. But again it depends from individual to individual how one manages.
