      Busy work environment but low pay and overwork

      Fast paced work a lot of steps will keep ypu busy the hours will fly by. Overtime is usually available if you want it

      Cons

      You can easily feel overworked with the load of work. Pay is low compared to other companies that do the same thing.

      Great benefits, operators are paid very competitively, there is a want at all levels for improvement and personal growth. This company can provide good experience, especially for those willing to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Leadership can be heavily meeting-focused, which pulls attention away from real operational issues. Accountability isn’t always consistent, and high performers find themselves picking up the slack. Ongoing turnover makes it hard to maintain momentum and creates challenges in recognizing who consistently adds value.
