9yI am not sure why the business structure is convoluted. I agree that it can be stressful. This person never said any of this to me. It’s too bad I have to read it here. I am very accessible and I am always open to a better idea. We work very hard to keep our employees happy. Some people have told me that we try too hard. It isn’t easy to balance the needs of clients with the desires of our employees. We are trying though.
