      Pros

      Nothing....You cannot get better place other than APTUDE to Spoil your career.

      Cons

      1) Worst management who doesn't know how to drive business 2) You can only survive in this company if you are in good books of the Top level management 3) Since this is a family run company your advice and concerns will go to Deaf ears 4) Be prepared to get sacked without even serving notice period. 5) Once they get cheap resource they will kick you out in no time.

      No vision or clarity - on what they are strong at or what they want to offer Employees can survive by sucking up to the management Most of the employees are stuck (voluntarily) for more than 7 years There's nothing much you can learn here, other than innovative ways to suck up to the management For someone with ambition to learn, grow, excel, this company is nothing more than a summer job to fill up your idle time.

      No pro. All talks and no work. Very sweet tooth to lure you into offers.

      Cons

      Fake promises on emails and offer letters, to cut out competition. No follow ups on calls after they kick you out without any reason.
