If you value integrity, professionalism, proper promotions and seeing the value ofnyour work being creditted, don't go here. Even if you are the smartest, brightest, most intelligent being to enter the company, you will be getting no where. You'll find people getting the "Senior" position, mostly indians, not even passing the junior par of knowledge level. e.g. Senior Revit Developer, the person not even know how to make proper central file in revit. People got terminated for unethical reasons, e.g. you accidentally got seen by the COO going to somewhere, you will be terminated, even if you have finished your work, and just want to have some fresh air after a good work. But you'll find lits of indians doig the same, without any issues. Family-oriented (negative), what i mean by these, you'll find a lot of person related to the COO, and they are thriving. If you have another company to consider, don't go here.
