      Overrated work, useless seniors and pathetic management

      Pros

      New protocols, ok(not good) for IP design, coding and verification. FPGA validation setup is also decent.

      Cons

      No salaries on time, bad management,unorganized workflow,seniors who follow stupid work practices,no documentation,absolutely no work resources, no transparency, unreasonable deadlines, sole intention of employer is to squeeze and cheat employees
