      Pros

      This company has a clear mission to provide excellent service to their membership. The leadership promotes a culture of transparency, as well as open and honest communication in a way that is rare among most corporations for which I have worked. Remote work environment promotes a good work-life balance, as long as you're disciplined about not working just because you're office is available to you at all times. The employees are warm, inclusive, and care about the service they provide.

      Cons

      The organization is wide and flat, and if you work in a non-IT or non-software/product development portion of the company, it is difficult to find promotion opportunities.
