      Recommends Positive Outlook I worked at V2soft full-time (More than a year) Pros love the work culture and CEO is very kind heart, down to earth person and is very supportive and looks for the well being of all the employees and respects every individual. best company for aspirants. place where you could balance your work and personal life well. Not much work pressure compared to other staffing .

      Free beer, dogs welcome, cool building, Gain experience and get out.

      Cons

      Egos galore! No support for growing your career. No emotional support for issues. No feedback. No touch points with seniors. If they can rail road you - they will. You are only a cog in the wheel. Family and culture that they preach is a smoke screen and means nothing to them. Tons of legal action has been taken against the company - including suppliers, and past employees. All real talent has left this place for other opportunities. Anyone with with a voice was silenced.
