All colleagues on same call each day.

Cons

Expectation to work on weekends. Expectation to deliver from Day 1 of joining. Expectation to know everything without having formal information exchange sessions. Rigid mindset without any scope for difference of views. Autocratic.

Arch Systems Response

Thank you for your review. If you worked on a government contract, the expectation is to perform work on Day 1. The government does not pay any company without work being done on the contract. Our company is a government contractor. We are obligated to make assignments to all employees on government contracts.
