- Poor management. Performance reviews, career goals/ objectives/ milestones--foreign concept here. Managers function in a free-for-all environment, no structure or processes, free to do as they please which means not managing at all in the end.
- lots and lots of waste and inefficiencies. SVPs that do ?? , get paid quite a bit and probably haven't been billable in years.
- further to the first point--very little career advancement opportunities. Career goals? Huh? What's that? Have a beer instead.
- lot of focus on keeping the "cool factor" going but not much substance as a company there (example: purchased an agency in Austin just cuz, it seemed. Austin is cool, we want to be cool... Didn't seem well thought out).
- a lot of people get away with a whole lot. And then others don't. Accountability is also a foreign concept and not consistent across the board. Goes back to poor management. Lots of fat to trim.
- Medical benefits set up in a very complicated way. Lots of time-consuming paperwork on the employee's end
- Processes and procedures are almost non-existent
