This is specifically for Archetype Bangalore. It doesn't feel very good to write this because it beguiles me how this behavior continues to go unchecked. This used to happen even when I was part of the organization three years ago and to hear that its only become worse is so disheartening. The two main ladies at the helm are single handedly destroying people's professional and mental health. Helena and Sunayna-please, do something about this. People are miserable. Why won't they be. To be humiliated everyday, to turn team mates against each other, to actually use really crass language-how is that ok? People are scared to say anything because they are worried to lose their jobs or that the toxicity will only become worse.
