False statements at the Job offer, the raises are not as much as they say. Too much pressure, they want you to work extra hours for free, with the excuses that 'If you want to grow in this company, you have to work extra A LOT'. Long talks about how much you can earn if you work as much as they want. They want you to follow rules that they don't say you, and don't put in the contract. "100% remote job" but you must go 2-3 times a week.
