I work with many people some not all of course who instead of just doing the job assigned them try to see if and look to you to do their job for them on top of your work load. I love to help out others when I can but through the course of my time here it is more than obvious that a few individuals instead of watching what I'm doing as far as the machine when it's malfunctioning or the design or pattern of the boxes on a pallet which are many to learn when a line goes down instead of watching and learning what I'm doing so they can retain the important necessary knowledge I've learned through the years they opt to just have me do it instead of learning it themselves. Believe me I love helping people which is what I'm known for throughout all the shifts. I just wish there was more accountability with all the employees that I have worked with through the years and not having just a select few having to cover so many people who just don't want to do more than the minimum expected of them. My other Con and most importantly I work swing shift working days afternoons and midnights week after week and I'm not kidding: we work 50 out of 52 weekends a year. You miss so much and so many family events. It's such an unhealthy life and lifestyle.
