Horrible Company

Pros

Pros are lots of company events.

Cons

Cons are no true HR department. No policies. No procedures. The verbal abuse is horrific. No guidelines as upper management believes they can do and act how they please since they own the company. What is good for one is not good for all. Many "clicks" throughout that company and no teamwork depending on position. Micro-management is in full force along with backstabbing.

Pros

The rank and file employee are great people to work with. Decent benefits as far as retirement plan and basic health coverage. Fun social events.

Cons

Upper management are very arrogant and ego driven, feel like it's run by a good old boys club. No additional coverage such as disability or life insurance.
