Nearly as many executive staff as lower-level staff, which felt like a waste of money, and they often tried to bypass established project management processes. Way too many meetings and bureaucratic overhead for a company of its size. Despite having so many expensive upper management employees, there was a serious lack of mentorship and effective people management. Most of the time felt like i was just floating around with nobody caring much about my performance or career growth.

Struggling startup trying to find product that market wants. Lots of turnover. Leadership breaks promises and only wants employees who say yes who don’t question.
