Pros

Team of extremely bright people. Despite the small size of the company, Arenko manages to deliver high quality software and products in line with a continuously evolving energy market. The company has a great respect towards employee's needs and it puts a lot of effort into diversity, equality, inclusion and fair opportunities.

Cons

Being a small company comes with drawbacks as goals change quickly and objectives might steer from the original direction.

- There are some very intelligent employees who care a lot about what they are doing - Arenko is currently a leader in it's field

Cons

- Senior management are inexperienced with software businesses which leads to conflict and bad decision making - Far more bureaucracy than you'd expect in a small company - I saw multiple people get screwed over by management, both financially/contractually and with stress levels

Pros

Very competent employees - both the data scientists and data engineers are top tier and I would highly recommend them. Traders are also approachable and excellent

Cons

The software gui itself for nimbus looks a bit outdated. The company has the scale of a startup, but the inflexibility of a corporate company.
