      None. Long term prospects are bad.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't good. Moral is bad. Most people are willing but unable to help. Management does not know how their applications work. Management does not like or trust their employees.

      Pros

      They give you one virtual work day every 3 months.

      Cons

      When schools and public transit are closed and roads are dangerous, Argo will ask you to come in. They do not care about your safety. Your only hope is that there are two days like this in a season. Also if your spouse dies on Monday morning, your expected to be in office by Thursday. I can't imagine why a company would limit bereavement leave. Grief is costing shareholders value?
