Any individual who will work at this facility, i can guarantee you will learn and gain so much experience. Excellent benefit package such as medical dental 41K pension sick time and vacation time. This is a job where you learn from, take in all the knowledge and tools. This is where you can build your resume so that you can take what you know to an agency where it will all be appreciated an where you will be paid for the experience and credentials you have under your belt. Learn and leave!!!!

Hard, honest, good workers are never acknowledged unless you are a family of the CEO or upper management, and trust the CEO has all his family, well significant other's family employed throughout the agency, yet they tell you family cannot work in the same agency. Writing this i hope that some one will adhere to this and make a mental note before considering any job opportunity that has to do with Argus community. I have been involved in this agency at least 15 years so i know the ins and outs. They give no raises at all what so ever, they say after your 6 month probationary period but that never happens. Promotions are given to wrong individuals. You get no recognition for your hard work, no appreciation, and you will be swamped ridiculously with work when your salary doesn't compensate for it. Gossip takes place constantly like anywhere else but here it is up to the moon It is a very , toxic, stressful environment. If you are a gossiper, and kick people down to make it to the top then by any means necessary, this job is for you, go for it. Oh ad last but not least, Human Resources is supposed to be for the employees, but they do nothing what so ever to protect employees. They are the first individuals gossiping to staff about your personal business they are not for the company they are slaves to the CEO and upper management.
