Great cbd, the quality is pretty good even if its still too expensive compared to rest of market
Cons
Worst pay I’ve seen in a long time, super bad and messy leadership, no clear strategy, they just change the plan every month to try and keep up with market and don’t seem to know what they’re doing, don’t care about the team, you are a number, that’s it. Quick to fire people rather than get to the bottom of a problem to fix it. No room for growth, no bonus, awful benefits, commission only, terrible pay, no culture at all, barely any new products
