      Good tech stack and tech people but poor leadership

      - Work Life Balance - Goo tech stack - latest tools and technologies - Good tech people around

      Cons

      - Leadership without vision - Fired 100's of people in one bad day ! Its not because of employees in efficiency but its because of leadership mistakes - Just increased head count for useless process and when that did not give result they fired some random people..

While we did make the decision to evolve our operating model recently, it was done with much thought and consideration for what best positions our business for the future. These difficult decisions and changes are never easy nor ones we take lightly but it was what is right for Arity.

      Good company with lot of potential to grow

      Pros

      With the vision of analytics of telematics Data and making the world safer to drive , company is has a team of high performing leaders .Data science and analytics team has been doing great. . Friendly and empathetic team .

      Cons

      Product management team is weak . product team is not clear about the similarities and differences between the role of engineering , analytics and data science in building effective products . Few processes still need clearance from Allstate which slows down the pace .
