Not a lot of overtime. Most weekends are still mine.
Cons
Inexperienced management, with big but untested ideas. Lack of concern over staff opinions or ideas. Even when staff is trying to take responsibility for uncovered areas management is still not willing to pay for training or offer the least bit of flexibility. Negative, mistrusting attitude about developers.

Affordable Health Insurance Benefits. That is about the only good thing. Sorry. Nothing else to add for Pros for ASRS
Cons
No raises. High expectations with no rewards. Micromanaging Very Stressful. Mandatory retirement contribution takes almost $400 from your salary per month. No coffee or water for employees. Cheapest place I have ever worked. Think twice before excepting a BA position at ASRS
