60-70 hour work weeks are expected and the norm, will effect your bonus if you don't put in overtime Nickel and Dime Extremely cliquey leadership, lots of gossip Low pay Extremely high turnover Timesheets by the minute which impact bonus

Amazing group of people to work with. Collaborative, fun, and supportive. Everyone is working together towards a collective mission. Transparent leadership. Honest and open conversations are encouraged. Fail fast mentality.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done - it's a start up! But there are a lot of open conversations surrounding this. Team members are encouraged to take PTO, family first, and extended work hours is not the norm.
