      Toxic environment with poor management and low pay

      Pros

      I could not think of a pro working here.

      Cons

      I hated every second I was in the office and dreaded going in. Management sucked and its too focused on profit and not actually helping people. I also did everything under the sun and not within my job description for half decent pay.

      Great job with good benefits, but long hours and PTO issues

      Pros

      This was a great job until the office was placed on furlough. The benefits were good and so was the salary.

      Cons

      Worked long hours. Rarely got a lunch or break. No time to chart in the field. Had to chart at home on my own time because appointments were scheduled back to back and there was no allocated drive time to each appointment. Was offered to work in Georgia PRN and once the license was obtained was fired. The worst part was being told the company PTO policy changed in March 2026 while I was on furlough and I would not be paid all of the PTO hours I had earned. I was paid for 40 hours PTO and was not paid for over 45 hours PTO. When I went to look at my 2025 and 2026 paystubs the company zeroed out all of my PTO earned hours and year to date hours.

      Decent pay overshadowed by terrible management

      Pros

      Pay was descent in comparison to other companies requiring the same or similar work.

      Cons

      Management was horrible and unorganized. Entire management team needed to be fired and after I left the company the entire management team was terminated.
