      Pros

      You get to learn cyber tech and meet real smart folks. You get hands on latest tech. Culture in US and other countries is good

      Cons

      The management is pathetic, lot of office politics in Pune office. I saw people getting fired due to personal grudges. The guy handling India is worst. He's putting too much pressure for us, and is very rude. I saw him shouting at a female employee and I'll treating her. I won't suggest this company.

      Good International exposure and good tech stack.

      Definitely a no, the company is a mid level startup. The culture in India is damn pathetic, no job security and too much office politics. US folks have no idea how things are in India office. I feel they don't even care as they have hired the most unskilled managers here, and as we are cheap labour they don't really care about us. All 5 star reviews were forced to us by the India manager so he can show off this to the US folks, damn pathetic right! I have seen great performing folks asked to leave in a day for no reason, They are very cost driven and for cost cutting if they find someone cheap they will replace you immediately without even notice period. Overall don't go on the fancy look and reviews. Reviews are bought.

      1. Working here gives you hands-on experience with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies with always new to learn. 2. Unlike many tech companies that just talk about work-life balance, this company genuinely practices it. Flexible working hours and a caring management team that respects personal time and keep motivating for personal health/fitness improvement. 3. Recently launched new Products to keep up with market/customer needs.

      Cons

      Change in work priorities to accommodate growing cybersecurity needs, but company manages it pretty well.
