      Pros

      You can learn a lot there. Many highly skilled/knowledgeable people there that are willing to share. Plus Aerospace is really cool. Working here can open opportunities.

      Cons

      Can be very old school. Still some sexist/racist characters that make inappropriate jokes. For some reason management/leadership chooses to over looks this.
