      Pros

      Nothing at all, don't even think about joining that hectic place. The HR's will suger coat everything, once you are in the company, you are screwed.

      Cons

      No work-life balance No proper appraisal with delay for months Their moto is "you'll learn a lot" in reality you will get pushed around a lot. Too much struggle, worth nothing

      Cons

      Entire day goes in Teams meeting and irrelevant trainings for long period. No goal for trainings. No work from home. Very old practices are followed. New ideas are not encouraged.
