Not even an hour after they laid me (among other colleagues) off, they have shut me out of the system right away and I never heard from my manager since. Not a word rven though I reached out on LinkedIn in good faith. It made me feel so bad as I have did my best for the company and the clients and I felt like I got treated like a number.

The director I reported to was belittling, condescending, demanding and just overall rude. This director continuously verbally attacked me and offered very little support and guidance towards my learning. They were also very bad at providing instructions, communicating what they wanted and very rarely provided feedback. Other directors were kind, however I can only speak firsthand about the director that I worked under. They also fired 2 new employees within my first month of being on the role, so job security is limited. Training was also very rushed and due to the lack of support from my director it was sometimes very hard to learn new concepts.
