This used to be such a great company to work for. It went from bad leadership to more bad leadership. The residents are wonderful people and serving them is the best part of the job; however, be prepared to work for leadership that still thinks they are in the military and that barking orders is how you get results. They have an uncanny ability to make you feel incompetent and don't listen to staff they have been with the organization for years. No work life balance. Upper management has large egos and constantly brags about how they work all day every day and expect you to do the same. It's a shame to see this happening at Knollwood and too bad to see great people that really are hard workers and good people that once loved this organization being run to the ground. Many good people are burnt out.
