You can work all the overtime you'd ever want to, because you have to.
Cons
Just look up all the reasons online to leave a job and you can check all those boxes.

The health insurance is fairly Reasonable offer 401 k and Pension plan
Cons
Extremely bad work conditions! Exposure to very harmful chemicals . Management is terrible to there employees . They have zero respect an appreciation to any of there employees. Absolutely no opportunity to advance but will be expected to preform task of higher level positions with out a pay increase. Short staffed company and will be expected to work more as a production employee. Vacation is pro rated and very confusing first full week is not given till year 3 so you have little time off till then and if you make any mistakes they take your vacation time ! Everything is to there benefit you not there equals them losing money !!
