      Pros

      The Aronson's who own the company truly care about the people who work here and I'm always amazed at how much interest the owners take in learning about my family. I feel very supported by the company and they encourage me to run with new ideas.

      Cons

      I've worked for one of the toughest companies out there, before joining ASG, so in comparison, I really can't think of any cons.

      After 8 years at ASG, I can easily state that it is one of the best companies I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      teamwork, family, collaboration, innovation, and professionalism all are words and actions repeated throughout the culture of ASG, the philosophy of the "ASG Way" is more than just words it's action

      Cons

      Fast paced, different than most expect from an industry that doesn't change well. ASG is a challenging environment for those who can't adapt.
