Nice furniture, Severance pay ok
Cons
Misleading, Expensive health insurance, lack of leadership and mismanagement, No diversity in upper management, no women leaders, Lack of acknowledging and encouraging all the skills someone brings to the table... Pitting employees against each other in a competitive, un-productive way, preaches teamwork back lacks the intention to really create that
