If you’re in sales here, be prepared to carry the weight of the entire operation while being micromanaged by a sea of middle managers who have no idea what selling actually takes. The company is dominated by white women in admin roles—about 90% of the staff—many of whom are quick to criticize sales but offer little to no meaningful support. Accountability is nonexistent: when things go wrong, it’s always someone else’s fault. There’s a lot of talk, a lot of finger-pointing, and very little ownership.
