There is a burn out culture here. Leaders have no interest in work-life balance. You work all the time at all hours under lots of stress. All your work is unappreciated and they want more and more because they will not hire people or fix broken processes. This place is toxic and disrespectful. The executives can't even stand the place. Turnover among leadership is high. They do not even want to be in the sewer they have made. Most have left or have checked out. The CEO's interest in employees and the company is non-existent. The new supply chain boss is a big jerk. He treats everyone like trash. People try to keep their heads down so they don't get publicly humiliated by him in meetings. Some teams are just mean and angry, probably because they are overworked. This place is miserable, everyone is miserable, it doesn't mater the team or the function, everyone hates it. If you work here you will too. I cant wait to find another job and leave. People on my team talk about leaving too.

-Not much space for career advancement. From what I saw, they hire from outside rather than promoting internally. -Too many meetings that accomplish nothing. Less time in meetings would equal more time working/accomplishing things...
