      Great People, Poor Communication

      Great co-workers, decent salary, free PPE equipment, good vending machines

      Cons

      Management took away chairs for all breaks, I spoke to my boss only a handful of times within 5 years and rarely knew what to do, poor training

      Pros

      Good people who used to care. The constant turnover in high level positions and the unwillingness to hold incompetence accountable has caused this place to lose most of its former glory.

      Cons

      Opposing big brother tracking metrics encourages demeaning behavior across departments. People who shouldn't have been in leadership roles retaining them long enough to cause the good people to lose the passion for their work. Incompetence is tolerated and excellence is expected
